Fitbit Update 9/12/2017: This issue was resolved in the new app update version 2.40 released yesterday. If you are still experiencing this issue, please update your app. Thanks for your patience!
However, I have the latest update for the app, and did not experience any problems until I updated My iPhone IOS to version 11.0.3 about a week ago. What's up?

Are you getting this error when trying to set up a tracker, update a tracker or trying to log in to the app? Which OS version is your phone running? Have you updated the app to its latest version (2.41.1)?
If so, please try to perform any of these action while WiFi in your phone is turned off. Once the tracker sets up, starts updating or when you have logged in, turn WiFi on again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
