Still not receiving texts

Fitbit stopped receiving texts after last update, have done all the troubleshooting and still no texts, calls come through fine.   I have checked settings in my phone.  Anyone else having issues or found something to fix it that wasn’t listed in the troubleshooting?

Im sorry your not receiving notifications at this time. Notifications issues are currently aware of by the Fitbit Team since the iOS update. The Fitbit Team is working on a fix. I have no timeframe of when this fix will be forthcoming. I wish I had more information but sadly I do not. Any and all information on the notification issue can be found there as well as any fix updates. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help but I hope the link points you in the right direction.
