I wonder how to re-install the friendly little messages received when I reach my target of 10,000 steps...

Hi @Ann1e

When connecting the tracker to the charging cable / usb port, does it buzzes when doing this? This is a quick method knowing that the buzzing component still works.

Feel free restarting the tracker if not already done,

Restart the tracker

URL: Click to go to the Fitbit Help Article 'How do I restart the tracker?'

No ... It doesn't. I had some syncing issues (lost days / now resolved) so I tried that earlier. Any fix?

Thank you @Ann1e

Which tracker do you have? When having a Fitbit Charge / Charge HR,

It's possible to Factory Reset (URL) the tracker.

Caution > This erases any tracked data (on the tracker) since the previous sync. If possible, make sure the tracker recently sync'ed to your account.

When having another tracker, or when the buzzing component still doesn't work in case having a Charge / Charge HR & having done a factory reset,

Feel free to contact the Fitbit Support Team (Click here to contact)

Optionally check out Returns & Warranty before contacting support.

Thanks - Fitbit HR - strangely fixed (last 2 days) ... I see an diamond icon on the watch before 10,000 steps - then it buzzes!
