Stopped getting a sleep score

I stopped getting a sleep score 4 days ago.  I have tried logging out and back in, as well as toggling the sleep insights tab. None of this has worked. Can anyone advise me on why this is happening and how to fix it?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @HelpMe99.

I am sorry to hear you stopped getting a sleep score. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I would like to confirm that in order to see a sleep score, you must see sleep stages. I recommend restarting your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? If you don't see your sleep stages, please follow the complete troubleshooting steps in our help article: Why don't I see sleep stages today?

I also recommend to force stop the Fitbit app and restart your phone. For more information about sleep score, please see this help article: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
