@Pbcobb Make sure your notifications are turned on.

@Beth75 I went to the beginning of this thread and started from the beginning and did the steps again. This time I turned on the Notification Center which was switched off and the. Restarted my phone and it worked. I got text notifications! Worth a shot if it’s that way on your phone.

Me too!! If apple would make a smaller watch I would go buy one! It’s been too long that it hasn’t worked.

I deliberately didn’t download any of the recent updates. And, I won’t until the Fitbit wizards sort out their mess.

I have tried all of the suggested solutions and have all of the latest updates. I am still not getting my text messages or call notifications to my Fitbit. This is inexcusable - you are a tech company after all and clearly don’t have the customers best interests in the forefront. Very disappointed

I too have updated both my iPhone and fit bit app, but still can not connect the two, the blue tooth is not locating my Charge 3 at all 😠

This has resolved the iMessage issue where my iMessages did not appear on my Fitbit after the update - however now because you are telling me I need to have my iMessage settings as “always” or “when unlocked” my iMessages are now no longer private and the content of the message appears on a banner on my phone or when my phone is unlocked. Before the update no context of my messages had to be seen and the notification still went to my fitbit! Please tell me this is going to be addressed and put back to the way it was??
