I have an iPhone 6s plus and a versa. My husband has an iPhone 7 and an iconic. We've both updated to ios13 and ever since neither of us are receiving notifications to our watches other than 'active call' notifications. I've tried the fix suggested here but my system notifications were already on so it hasn't made a difference

Best AnswerElena no you go to the notification settings and scroll down to the messages and open that and then on the bottom theirs an option for "show previews" have it on always
Best AnswerThanks for sharing! Unfortunately, I have had this on and it is still not working. Its so weird that it will just stop working. It is a quick 10 second fix every day of toggling on/off the Bluetooth on my phone and it starts working again. I will keep checking that forum in hope of an answer. Thanks for your help!
I also can't get my Ionic to sync. I keep getting "Turn on Bluetooth to allow Fitbit to connect to accessories". The Ionic shows up in settings/Bluetooth as connected. I also can't get the weather app to work. Looks like a BT problem?
Best AnswerI am having the same issue. Mine wasn't even keeping time today until I synced it. So frustrating. Hopefully FitBit fixes it soon
Best AnswerWhen I tap the "i" button the only option is Forget this Device. Where do I find "Share system notifications"
Best AnswerI was wondering if this actually worked for anyone, glad it’s not just me. This was a crap solution Fitbit!
Any idea when this is gonna be done? Really annoying. And like another user stated, I do not like that it notifies me I have an active call when I place the call. How can that be turned off?
Best AnswerMy notifications suddenly just started working again - we’ll see if it lasts or if they are still tinkering... I didn’t change any of my settings - the only thing I did was log out of my Apple ID and log back in (to try and correct an unrelated problem) and now my notifications work... go figure...
