Just a heads up not sure if anyone is aware of this I only found out a few days ago but I would remove ur bank cards from the Fitbit app if u use that feature. Once u unlock ur card/Fitbit for use it’s unlocked for 24 hours or until u remove ur watch and it doesn’t matter which security option u select. So just to clarify if ur out say at a cafe n just payed for lunch with ur Fitbit for the next 24 hours or until u remove ur Fitbit someone can walk past u with a mobile tap n go and start charging u and if we aren’t getting notifications u will be unaware until u check ur bank. Plz be careful and happy health 🐵

I have an Ionic, Hold the single button down until notifications pop up and make sure it’s on. Then go to settings and hunt down the Fitbit app, notifications and turn on what you want to see...

It will only show up on one device so if you have as an example an IPhone and IPad make sure it isn’t showing up in your Bluetooth settings on the other device. Completely shut your phone off and check your Bluetooth again...

Best AnswerFitbit please fix this, or you’re going to lose this customer really soon. I’ve tried every single suggestion. The only one that works is turning iPhone text message previews on which I absolutely hate. There’s no privacy, and it wasn’t necessary before the update. I love my Versa, but between this and having to replace it 3 times in the last year, I’m ready to give up and buy an Apple Watch. This is ridiculous!
Best AnswerThis actually worked for me!! I’m so glad they learned to play nice with each other and will not have to spend the day in their rooms like they did yesterday! Thank you for a sulution that actually works!!!!
