Same here. I actually did managed to get mine to sync twice today but still no notifications and when it’s not syncing it’s losing time. So frustrating but maybe the progress means it will be fixed soon
Best AnswerI’m having the same problem. I can’t synch either. 🤷🏼:female_sign: I can’t seem to find a solution.

Best AnswerI have a similar problem with iOS 13, only mine is “No Bluetooth connection, You must turn on Bluetooth” despite the fact that my Bluetooth is on and working. I tried shutting phone and watch down and restarting them in different orders.... nothing. Now my versa device doesn’t even appear as an option on my BT selection. All my other BT devices work normally (except Versa). Someone help please.
thank you

Best AnswerSo now I have to put my messages to show previews in order to see my text messages? I didn’t have to do that before. I work as a Vet Tech and leave my phone away from my work area. I rely on my watch to see my texts without anyone else being able to read my phone. Is this going to change? Should have just got an iWatch if this was going to be the case.

I've tried all the suggestions and it seems that the only way to rectify this is to have a preview of your messages switch on, which is annoying. Nothing else seems to work.
Hopefully there is an update with corrects this soon! 🤔

Tracy, have you got your message previews switched on as this has just corrected the issue for me.

Best AnswerI just downloaded the iOS 13.1.2 this morning and it didn’t fix the notification issue for my Versa. I’ve done all that was suggested. My FitBit app updated 2 days ago, not sure why is wasn’t resolved in that FitBit update. Waiting for this issue to resolve. Thanks
I'm still not receiving app notifications.
i have checked and double and triple checked app notifications are turned on. But I'm constantly missing challenge updates and invites. 😞
