I have stopped seeing sleep data when I sync..

Hi @CW41. It's good to see you here.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your sleep data not appearing on the app. To further investigate may I know if the rest of your information is syncing correctly? Do you recall since when this started to happen? I'd also recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the most recent update.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  5. Sync your Fitbit and check your sleep data.
