Inspire HR - Not Receiving Texts or Phone Calls.

Purchased at Dicks Sporting Goods in March '19. App installed on my Iphone 7

Received text/phone notifications but had to hard reset (delete everything) on several occasions as it would intermittently stop receiving them. I have soft reset, hard reset, deleted app, reinstalled app, turned blue tooth on and off etc. etc .etc. to no avail. Device shows connected to my phone and syncs my steps but no text/call notifications. When I go into Fitbit app, account, device settings and tap notifications it says Bluetooth pairing required. (Even though it is synced and shows connected.)

I've been a fitbit user since 2013 starting with a Flex that I had to have replaced three times, an Alta that I liked but band attachment at side of unit failed and it was lost and now this Inspire HR which has been the most expensive and most bothersome of all. Also the Inspire HR "magnetic" charger is absolutely the worst design as I have to prop it up when charging or it will fall off the weak a*s magnet. (Yes - now I am ranting)

Pay special attention to page 1 of the thread and perform those steps carefully. 
I wish I could offer more information but that it truly all I know about the issue at this time. When new information or updates occur they can be found there.
