Hi, I have a fitbit charge and an iPhone 5, (using ios 10.3.2). The fitbit charge says it only needs ios 10 to work with my phone, but I cant download the fitbit app as it says I need ios 11 or more. I am confused, does anyone else have this problem, and why does the fitbit advertise this - as now it looks like I need a newer phone.....
Any suggestions please.

Hello @Elaine129 and a warm welcome. Starting in July of 2109, the Fitbit app required that your phone be able to run iOS 11. After July 2019, your iPhone 5 became an unsupported device.
I am sorry that this has happened to you. From time to time, I see pages that are still available, but are out of date. If you could provide us with the page or information that said your iPhone 5 is compatible, we can make sure that this error is corrected.
