I am having an identical problem with mine. It stopped yesterday. It keeps telling me the blue tooth pairing has failed.

I'd like to know if you have tried to follow the steps provided at: What's wrong with my Charge HR? and if that doesn't work, my best suggestion would be to set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.
