I really want to switch to the official app from Joey but I can't get past not being able to use the volume buttons to navigate comments. Maybe not everyone would want this feature but if it could be an option that would be huge. The existing button solution is not great. I have to move it all the time depending on how I'm holding my phone. Plus, there's not a good way to jump back up, only down. It's a fairly common feature among third party apps; I'd love to see it in the official app!
My other main suggestion is changing the right swipe behavior to going back to the previous page. This is a pretty standard behavior in most apps but for some reason in the Reddit app it goes to another comment section. Reaching for the x or using the back button just isn't quite as convenient in my opinion.
I have a few other smaller suggestions as well. One is that the automatic night mode feature should really let you set the times it'll change. It often turns on and then off too early for my schedule, I wish I could adjust it to my own schedule. The other is I'd love to have YouTube videos play inside the feed instead of opening in the in-app browser. It would make for a much smoother browsing experience.

Hello @ChinusGomes, it's good to see you around in the forums for the first time.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the possible ways to improve navigation in the Community feed.
I've confirmed that these ideas have not yet been posted in the Feature Suggestion section of the Community, this section is regularly checked by the team of developers. I recommend that you post them separately using as many details as possible to get more votes and draw more attention from other Community members.
