Has anyone been able to resolve the issue of not being notified of text messages since the iOS 13 update? I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing has worked.

Same. It’s frustrating. I’ve forgotten the device, set it up again, deleted and re-downloaded the app several times. Nothing works.
