Surge is not connecting to app

Hello My Surge fitbit watch is not connecting to app in my iphone 7 plus, I came back from my daily workout & tired to connect it with the app but application is notifying that “No Device Available” I tired to restart my phone & watch too but it’s not working is there any solution?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps that you've tried so far. You did a great job! Since your iPhone 7 Plus is a supported device, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Remove the Surge from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Verify that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone one more time.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap the profile's icon > setup a new device.
  5. Choose the Surge and follow the onscreen instructions.
  6. When prompted, proceed to pair your device via Bluetooth.
