How do I connect to my phone with my versa

Hi @BADASSJOSH1991. It's nice to see a new member around!

 

I'm glad that you have the Versa and about your question, your Versa will sync with your phone via Bluetooth through the Fitbit app. If you're not able to complete a sync, make sure of the following:

 

  • The Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  • Your Fitbit device and phone are within 20 feet.
  • To avoid any interference, turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • If you use more than one device to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby.

 

You can also try restarting your Versa to refresh its performance and then try to sync it one more time with the Fitbit app. If you get an error message, take a screenshot and attach it in your reply so we can work on this together.

I have already deleted it and reinstalled it but nothing happened still not
connecting
