Today my Surge has stopped synching - gets hung up with the “Looking...” message. Have rebooted the phone and the Surge, then it did sync (after struggling for about 1/2 hour), but now it is again just showing the “Looking...” message. I suspect the could be related to the new IOS app, as I have not had this problem in the past. Any suggestions?
