Surge not syncing

My IOS is updated. Bluetooth is not interfering. Tracker restarted several times. But still surge is not syncing. Please help

My Surge will not sync with Mac Book Pro, I have updated the iOS and uploaded the new FitBit app.  Also switched of phone & iPad Bluetooth but still getting no sync.!!!
