Surge will not pair with new phone

I upgraded my iPhone and can't get my surge to pair with it. I have shut my Bluetooth off and back on several times and that doesn't work. I took the surge off and tried to reset it up and that didn't work. Any suggestions?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, check its bluetooth settings and remove any links to the fitbit as they may be blocking your new phone from connecting.

I do not have ny old phone.  They cleared it out at the dealer.
