I came to ask a question, as to see my Trophy’s, it asked if when I am done could I do a short survey, I thought when I was done I would
get it, but no y’all sent it within seconds!
So I could not answer the questions!!
and I never did see anything about my Trphy’s

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to see your trophies. This sounds strange and just to investigate, please let me know if you were checking this in the Fitbit app or on your fitbit.com online dashboard. Also, please provide me with a screenshot of the survey displayed when checking your trophies. To attach it in you reply, check this post.
If this is happening in the Fitbit app, please make sure it's updated to the latest version. Also, I'd recommend to log out from the Fitbit app, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back in and check your information.
