Switch new Fitbit to "Primary Device"

I just recived a new Alta as a replacement for my original Charge. (Thank you Fitbit. Smiley Happy)

When adding the new Alta, I was given an option to make it my "Primary Device". I said NO because it said I would be able to change this at a later time. But I can not find and option to designate the Alta as the Primary Device.

Hi @FitMarcy and welcome.

Making a tracker your primary device is unique to Windows and isn't on the iOS App. If you make a tracker your primary device on Windows, it's the same as choosing which tracker provides the app live data.

If you are looking to get live data on the iOS App, I'd recommend keeping the tracker that you aren't using at least 10 feet away from your iOS device. You can find more information here.

Hope this helps!

I posted a suggestion for them to add the "Primary Device" option to the iOS app.
