Switched from Fitbit to Google and lost everything

I haven't worn my Fitbit Sense 2 for awhile. I charged it up for the holidays and when logging into my Fitbit it asked for me to transfer to my Google account. Now I don't have my Sense 2 connected to my account. When trying to add it I only get kids Fitbit options. 

I also, did get my Son a Fitbit Ace 3 which will not connect so I can add that as well.

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
