Sync Charge HR with Mobile Device

Hello -

 

I  let someone borrow my extra Charge HR and now that I have it back, I can't get it to sync to my account.  I have a Surge, blaze and Charge HR.  I would appreciate any help.  I did get it logged back into my account through my computer but it won't sync via my iphone.  Thanks in advance.
