My fitbit syncs great with the IOS app, but when I go to check the information on the web dashboard, everything sycs except the steps. When I flip the panel, it shows the "step" line not checked, but won't let me check it, which makes no sense.

Out of curiosity, are you seeing the same behavior on your Fitbit.com dashboard?
If you are still experiencing this issue, I would recommend: restarting your tracker, rebooting your iOS device, and the opening the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

It seems to be working now. The issue WAS on the fitbit.com dashboard. That's what I was referring to.
