Sync Issues

Having problems syncing. Gets to he middle of the progress bar and then stops. What do I do to fix this? I have reinstslled the app. Paired and unpaired my band. It really is worthless without the app. Anyone else having this issue?

Hey hey hey @Vikx81 welcome to our Community! Thanks for stopping by! Woman Very HappyI'd like to make sure you're seeing this in your tracker when trying to sync with your mobile device:

 

                                                        undefined

 

If you're, please note that this error tipically occurs when the firmware in your tracker didn't updated correctly. Sometimes the Firmware Update can fail multiple times so please try several more times (8 - 10, apologize for inconvenience). If it doesn't work after several more attempts, reboot the tracker and try a few more times.
