Sync Stop With Errors

I have been trying to upload my health to Fitbit data to my insurance carrier and have been unable to do so for four days now. I've sent a previous email and tried sending the log file via my phone to no avail nor response. Is Fitbit experiencing server errors? Please advise how I can get the data uploaded. I have an Apple x(10)Max and use the Health to Fitbit App. Thank you.

I have been having the same issue for two weeks now. I messaged the myfitnesssync app developers (Bickster LLC) who said: “We are aware of the issue and are working with Fitbit to resolve the issue as the problem is with their servers. Please keep an eye out for an update that could potentially resolve this issue. Please continue to reach out to our support team for updates when this issue will be resolved.”

This is the error I am getting:

Hello, that is the exact message I got from them as well. So I check every
day to see if there is an update to fitbit on my apple account. So far its
not happening. The issue is it is tied into my health care plan incentives
via a Web MD link, so I hope they fix this quickly. Thanks for reaching
out.
