Odd issue to explain , but here is what happens.
-app says 2000 steps
-watch says 2000 steps (ok)
-walk around , watch says 2500 steps.
-open app, live app count says 2500 steps
Pull down to sync watch, watch now says 2000 steps and app says 2000
basically the sync is reverting to old numbers from an hour ago that were stored in the app, losing all the data. Bought a new versa and same issue happening. Factory reset watched, deleted , reinstalled updated app, etc. Nothing seems to help.
Only thing I can think of differently we did was log an activity manually. But even if we delete the activity it still reverts to same numbers. Anyone experience anything like this?
