Hello @Kristen709,
Welcome to the community!
While you're certainly allowed to vent if things aren't working correctly, the best way to resolve these issues is... well, to get you back in working order.
If you're running into sync issues with either the Windows 10 or Windows Phone App, I'd encourage you to reply with details so that we may help you resolve them. Since this is your first post, I don't know what troubles you may be running into. I run both of these with very few issues, so I'd like to help.

Hello @Kristen709,
Sorry to be responding so late, but it scrolled off my visible messages list.
I'm a little confused. You mentioned that your iPhone 6+ is updated, but you're posting in the 'Windows 10 App & Windows Phone App' section of the forum. Precisely which one are you trying to sync with?
So to clarify, which tracker do you have and what device/computer (and OS) are you trying to sync with?

Hello @Kristen709,
First, I would try to restart your tracker, this normally resolves sync issues.
Second, Try this:
- Turn off all other nearby devices with bluetooth (computers and tablets), they may 'confuse' your Fitbit since there may be more than once device trying to talk to it at the same time.
- Log in to the Fitbit App using the same username and password as this account.
- Go to the 'Account' tab on the App.
- Click on the device and try to "Sync Now".
If it gives you an error, please respond with that error.

Hi, I m facing similar issue, I've recently bought fitbit Alta which is not syncing to my Lumia 640 (win 10) phone, it didn't set up on this phone. I had to set it up on my wife's android using my login details. After that I've tried to remove it from her phone and re set it up but to no avail. The Bluetooth connection disconnects abruptly.
