Sync issues

My Blaze is updated but still not syncing with iPhone and the 10.2 version. Doni need to forget the device and start over?  I hate to do that.

Hi @Garden92, I'd recommend the following steps:

 

  1. Restart your Blaze.
  2. If you manage more than one Bluetooth device on your iOS device (ie Bluetooth headphones, car multimedia system, etc), this may be preventing you from syncing your Blaze. Click here for more information.
  3. Reboot your iOS device
  4. Open your iOS settings > toggle Bluetooth off for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
  5. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
