Sync of running activities to Runkeeper

Hello,

I´d like to ask how can I sync my running activity (including map, pace, time...) from my FitBit to Runkeeper. Is it possible? I´m used to collect my running activities there and I don´t know how to do that. 

(And second question- how can I turn off transfer of steps to the RK app?)

Thank you for your answer. 

I did this already but I still have in RK app only step and calories info. I read somewhere that I can transfer details about running (as I wrote- map, pace, time...) from my Blaze to RK app.

Sorry but I'm not a Runkeeper user. Hopefully someone else who uses it will chip into this thread.
