Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Jvires

I understand your having syncing issues as well as your sleep insights are not updating. Your sleep insights should resolve themselves once we troubleshoot your syncing issues. You didn’t mention which Fitbit tracker you have so I can explain how to do a restart on your a Fitbit. No worries just look here and follow the instructions on how to properly do a Fitbit restart on your particular Fitbit type. (You will not lose your data doing this): https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

Sometimes you have to do a restart a couple of times. If you don’t see a resolution to your syncing issue after doing several restarts then I would suggest Force Shutting the Fitbit App and restarting your device.

Heres how:

Log out of your a Fitbit App

Force shut your app by swiping up

now turn off your device and wait 1-2 minutes then turn your device back on

now log on to your Fitbit App as you normally would with email/password

😃 Please do let me know if this resolves your syncing issue. If it does indeed help could you please tap the “best answer” box under my post. Doing this really helps others find answers to questions similar to yours. I’d appreciate it.

I finally got my texts working, but my sleep scores and any sleep data stopped syncing since 12/12.  I have tried all these steps, and I am not getting any sleep data.  I have a Versa and iPhone 8.
