Sync to new phone

Hi! I just got a new phone and I wanted to sync my tracker to it but it just kept on saying "looking" so I went to my old phone which was connected to my charge and deleted the tracker... Now I'm stuck even more...I tried syncing my tracker to my new phone again and it doesn't recognize my tracker... Please help!!!

A warm welcome to the Community @Jamieolivia. If you are having syncing inconveniences, I recommend verifying if your phone is a Compatible Device. If it is, follow the Syncing Troubleshoot. If by following these steps you keep having syncing problems, feel free to contact our Support Team.
