If you are like me and exercise monitoring progress with their iPhone in hand, Fitbit has done something positive. Now you can go to the bottom of the home screen and click on the synchronized button and have all of your data updated without having to click on the device screen then Your tracker, and then the synchronize now button. I do this now, and have found that the easiest way to get to the synchronize button on the home screen is to tap on the today button at the bottom and swipe backwards to the synchronize button, and then tap on it. thank you for making it easier to synchronize the data, on earlier visions of the Fitbit iOS app. The pull to refresh did not work for blind users using Apple’s voiceover screen reading software. So this is an improvement.

as more and more people have migrated to iOS version 4.00. I have reverted back to clicking on device/app at the top of the screen then on my tracker and then scrolling down and using the sink now button. The sink button on the home screen and the pool to refresh although they work do not appear to update as quickly.

This morning I had 16 more more votes for this posting. Now the vote total is too. Can anyone explain to me why votes just disappear? This is not the first time that this has happened. Sometimes it is one or two votes other times it is considerably more. I hope there is someone out there that can explain this because it baffles me.

Hi @Podunk  I've noticed the same thing the past few months. Not sure why there are votes from people who don't post but if the votes are gone, perhaps Fitbit is working on it. Many times I will post and before the page refreshes it has votes. I tend to ignore the votes as there is no was of knowing if they are from real people or what!

Hard to see 13, thank you for your response. I have had the same experience. For me, I value the votes I receive, as they are a measurement of the usefulness of my comments. If people did not vote for my postings, I would probably stop monitoring the forum and trying to assist when possible, or to provide information to the Software developers. I know I will never be as prolific as you are but I hope I can be as helpful and supportive to the Fitbit user community. If the problem is a posting spam issue? Does this mean that Google/Fitbit has a security issue with the forum websites.  I asked this because And trying to access the forum from within the Fitbit application. I have been denied access to the forum and the section I was interested in monitoring or posting to. On the denial screen, there is a button I have pressed which gets me back to the start of the forum, but not to the  Tracker/app page I was looking for. Thank you again, Mark Elias, Podunk

Sorry I got your name wrong. I dictated this on my iPhone and when I went back to review, I was unable to edit the message and correct your handle. Again, thank you for everything you do for the community and thank you for recognizing my effort as feeble as it is.
