Syncing Issue since iOS update over weekend

I have been unable to consistently sync my Charge 2 since the latest iOS update over the weekend. The only method that works is uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Shouldn’t be necessary every time. Thoughts?

I hate that it seems you can’t speak to support directly about these issues. It needs to be rectified quickly as I’m sure we’re not the only ones. Just not sure how to elevate it.

Same issue on my ionic. Won’t sync with iOS or Android!

I have a 6S with iOS 11.0.3 and am having the same problem since updating to that version
