Getting "Bluetooth Pairing Failed" message.

I upgraded to the Charge 2 from the Alta HR.  I installed and it synched yesterday with all my devices (2 iphone 7 Plus and an iPad.) Today at work I got a message saying the Bluetooth Pairing Failed.  The Call Notification and All day Sync are disable.  The app is synching about once an hour.  I have turnied the blue tooth on and off.  I uninstalled the app on one phone.  I unpaired and the repaired to one phone.  I keep getting the same message, Bluetooth Pairing Failed.  The fitbit itself is tracking.

Hello @lmiddlebrook, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment I would like to suggest you to go to each of your mobile devices and check on Settings > Bluetooth if Charge 2 and Alta HR are showing on the list of Connected devices. If they are, tap on them and select Forget this Device. Then restart your mobile devices.

If you're still getting the same issue, let's try to add your tracker as a new device on only one device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

When I see a post saying my Fitbit device syncs fine with one device, but not the other, I want to ask if the one device is turned off when trying to sync through the other.
