Welcome to the Community @Lrhd3! Currently, Fitbit doesn't sync officially with iOS health app. However, some people have tried using Sync Solver and this way transfer data between those two.
Addittionally, you may want to vote for this idea Integrate with iOS Health. Because those ideas are viewed by our engineers and developers.
Thanks for your understanding.

To be honest, this is a little disappointing. I was using a Basis Peak before and have all my data in Apple Health. Now I bought the Flex 2 as replacement just to learn that something as trivial as Apple Health integration is pending since two years.
I know that you want to push the use of your own app, but do so by providing features and quality, not by denying basic options.

Very disappointing. This capability is available and your suggesting a third party app to provide it. I hope it's not one of your own employees making their own profit from Fitbit users. I about ready to try a different product. I'm very dissapointed that I've talked so many friends into purchasing your products and then discover these issues with no resolutions on your part but you definitely push your new products.

Welcome to the Community @JJ571! Fitbit is always trying to expand the list of third-party apps. However, Fitbit has an open API so many more can be compatible with Fitbit, you can learn more about it by checking Third Party Apps - FAQ.
Thanks for your understanding. Have a good week!

This strategy of not connecting to Apple Health seems to be working really well for Fitbit. I was about to go buy one of your products because I have a steep discount through work, but nope: Fitbit is less than worthless to me if it chooses not to integrate with all my other health data in Apple Health. Good luck with that! I'll be watching your stock price...
