I’ve had my iPhone 11 for about 3 weeks now and it has been working just fine until tonight. I was laying in the bed and it just started vibrating on my arm. I thought someone was calling but that wasn’t the case. Called in to troubleshoot and the rep told me it wasn’t compatible. After 3 weeks?!?! I’ve had the Charge 3 replaced 3 times since I’ve had it. I’ve had it for less than a year. I really think it’s the device. I’ve never had this issue with the previous models. They really should consider taking this one off the market. Are any other models not compatible to iPhone 11?

Best AnswerHello and welcome @Aliciaww518
I understand your having issues with your Charge 3. Let’s try restarting the Charge 3 and see if that solves this issue of the random vibrations. Here’s how to restart it: (you will not lose any data doing this)
Best AnswerHello, thanks for that support. That did not work. It’s still vibrating and the screen is blank.
Best AnswerI don’t know if you changed your clock face on your Charge 3 but try to put the original clock face back on your Charge 3 and see if that resolves your issue. Here’s how:
open your Fitbit app
tap your profile picture on upper left
scroll down and tap Charge 3
then scroll down and tap clock face
Best AnswerFitbit sent me my fourth replacement and the one I received today is doing absolutely nothing. I really like Fitbit until this Charge 3. If they don’t get it compatible iOS 13, it may be best to get an Apple Watch because it will be compatible at all times.
Hello again @Aliciaww518
I’m confused by you saying your New Charge 3 is doing nothing? It’s not charging. Syncing? Could you please clarify more. 😃
Best AnswerIt’s not syncing. I can’t get the workout part to work. That’s what I mean.
Best AnswerHello again @Aliciaww518
are you trying to sync with the same Fitbit App you had previously Installed or have you installed a new Fitbit App and creating a new account altogether or a newly installed app and using your previous email/password and trying to sync that way?
Best AnswerI’m trying to sync with the old app. I wasn’t aware there was a new Fitbit app. Should I try that?

I really think it would be best to uninstall the current Fitbit app you have:
Here’s how:
1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up
2. uninstall the Fitbit App from your device
3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device
4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store
5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password
6. don’t touch anything in the app...just wait until you get a prompt from your Bluetooth.
7. When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes
8. now try to sync
😃 I’ll be waiting on your response....Keep me posted

Best AnswerThat didn’t work either. What’s your next solution?
Best AnswerYes and yes. That didn’t work either....
Best AnswerYes, and it’s saying it’s connected.
Best AnswerDo you mean holding down the button while it’s on the charger?
Best AnswerHere’s how:
Best AnswerLastly if restarting the Charge 3 still doesn’t work this is the final thing I can think of. Let me know if this works
go to:
Your iPhone Settings>Tap General> then tap Reset>then tap Network Settings.
