Syncing difficulties with Versa and iPhone 6

Hi can anyone help my Fitbit Versa won’t sync with my iPhone 6, I’ve tried all the hints but still no joy

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iPhone 6 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hey Paul, wondering if you are still having issues. I cannot syn with my iphone 6 either. It was syncing however not yesterday or today. I also have a Versa2, thanks.
