Syncing issues when changing length of activity

First of all, how do you submit a ticket/picture of an issue you are having? There's no chat option or email option for support anymore. 

Since I updated to the latest version of the app, if I forget to turn off an activity and go back to shorten it, it updates in the time (9:00am-9:30am) but the length of exercise never updates (2 hours 30 mins). Even when I sync over and over, reboot, etc.

It seems like the only way these days is to post photos in these threads.  Sadly, I think FitBit support has been deprecated 😔
