Syncing not functioning

Have a new Fitbit Charge HR. Appears to sync when active on the day but the following day no data from previous days shows in the app. I have no steps or workouts recorded the last 2 weeks despite having activity logged each day.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Trojanwilliams. It's great to have you here. Your data should remain in your account after syncing your Fitbit Charge HR. I would recommend setting up your Fitbit tracker as a replacement device by following @SunsetRunner's steps. Additionally, if you haven't done it already please download the most recent app version for iOS devices. Hope this helps.
