Syncing to App not Mac

My fitbit has been working fine, but for the last three or four days has stopped syncing to the Dashboard on our Mac. It is syncing to the App on an iPhone and I think it may be connected to starting to use this too. The applications menu shows both should be active.

I've moved this to iOS as you are more likely to get the help you need here. Hope you get it sorted.

Hello @Katebythesea, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! It's nice to see you around too @NellyGSmiley Happy

Which tracker are you currently using? Did it include a USB dongle? If so, please connect the USB dongle on a different USB port, if you haven't download the Fitbit Connect Software, please download it and open it. You will be able to see a button that says "Sync Now", click on it and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the sync process.

If it's still not working, restart your tracker and leave it plugged in, then try to sync again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
