I recently broke my iPhone 6 (shattered screen) so I got an iPhone 6s Plus. I managed to go onto my old phone and disconnect the Bluetooth connection it had, but on my new phone when I tried to "add a new device" it just keeps searching and never finds it. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled/installed the app, restarted the FitBit, turned my Bluetooth on and off...but nothing has worked. Does anyone know I'm having this problem or what I can do to properly sync.
Just to clarify, it's a Charge 2

same here, trying to add a Charge HR - no joy on any of our iPhones or iPads. frustrating
