Syncing with Fitbit HR issues

I just got my HR at Christmas and already it will not sync with my iPhone. It will still sync with my iPad and computer. I thought maybe it was the new iPhone update but my old Fitbit One syncs fine. I have emailed customer support and called still no help. I have tried all the suggestions to get it paired with no luck. I was planning on upgrading to the Blaze or Surge now I don't think I will spend anymore money with Fitbit.

Hey there @AmyEO! It's great to have you in the Fitbit Community! 

It's a shame to hear that your Charge HR is not syncing let me help you with this, in order to get it fixed I recommend you trying the following troubleshooting steps:

 

- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
- Restart your tracker (2 or 3 times in a row).
- Try syncing with your computer. 

 

If the issue persists you can also try the suggestions posted on this thread.
