I just bought my Fitbit 2 weeks ago and love it! However, it hasn't synced to my phone in about a week. It goes to half way and then stops. It also hasn't tracked my sleep in that time either, is there anything I can do?

I would recommend re-pairing your tracker to your Fitbit account using the replacement setup instructions listed here.

This should get you back on track, but let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help!
