After the lastest iPhone update weeks ago my text messages are still not showing on my iconic I get all other notifications except text messages. I have called and spoke to customer care still no help and I have done all the steps AGAIN over and over that they have told me. ANY HELP is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for coming to the Community with your question. I understand your not receiving notifications at this time. Receiving notifications is currently a known issue and the Fitbit Team is working on a fix. I have no timetable or any further information about when this fix will occur.
