I have the iPhone 6s and have all notifications turned on but my Fitbit will only get call notifications but not text. I’ve restarted both the Fitbit and the phone..but still not getting text notifications

I’m glad to hear I am not the only one. 

May first I thought it was new iOS but now I think it is the tracker update. If anyone has figured out a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

Text and calls still not working, been weeks, ?!?!?!? How do we keep releasing upgrades or fixes that break features? Does anyone regression test?

I am also having trouble. I’ve tried resetting and tweaking all of my setting but I am not receiving text or call notifications. It was working last week. Not sure what has happened.

I did the upgrade, make sure notifications are on in your app AND on your
fitbit.. Hold the button down.. I guess notifications automatically went
back to OFF setting so I'm back in business! Hope this helps

I’ve done that too. All of my notifications are on. It shows when I get a call just not a text.
