Everything work on my phone except getting text messages and phone calls. I've tried everything I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community my friend @DeeBo Smiley Very Happy! Hmmm...what's the model of your mobile device? Have you checked if it's listed and also that the model supported the notifications feature? 

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend checking this article to get all the information you need in order to enable the call and text notifications.
