My new Alta isn't telling me when I have a call or text? How can I fix this?

Welcome to the Community @Kreids. If your Alta is not receiving notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided by @SantiR in the Not receiving notifications on your iOS device? post. After these steps your tracker should work properly.

@Emb25  Make sure on your Iphone's settings, you have "Allow in notification center" and "Show in Notification Center" turned on.

@Emb25  I checked my settings to see if there was anything else.  Do you have "Show on lock screen" on?
