I just got a new iPhone 11 (upgraded from a 6). I am getting my phone call notifications and my other applications notifications on my Fitbit (Charge 3) but no matter what I do, I cannot get my texts to come through.
I have done all the troubleshooting I can find. I have turned my Bluetooth on and off, checked my the i next to my device listed in Bluetooth to insure the notifications sharing was turned on, I checked to make sure all my apps are up to date, my notifications are turned on, under my message notifications I have made sure that it’s set to notify under lock, Notification Center, and banner, and it is set to preview Always. I have re-synced my devices, I made my phone forget my Fitbit, I disconnected my FitBit from my phones application, I’ve restarted my FitBit and my phone. I’m at a complete loss.
From my reading, this doesn’t seem like an uncommon problem with iPhone upgrades. I’m sure having an older FitBit doesn’t help my situation. However, it seems like many people have had the problem resolved once they turn their message notifications previews on. That unfortunately didn’t work for me, and even if it did, I agree with many other’s, that’s not a good solution.
This is really disappointing, I love this feature and I will definitely be considering a change in watches if this doesn’t get resolved.

I got a IPhone 11 two days ago and am unable to get text or phone call notifications on my fit bit charge 3. I have rebooted my fitbit and turned the bluetooth on and off.
What is a next step?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @DMatthys.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're not getting text or call notifications on your Charge 3 from your new iPhone 11. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend following our complete troubleshooting instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
If you were using another phone previously to sync your Charge 3, please remove the tracker from the Bluetooth settings on your previous phone:
1. Go into your phone's Bluetooth menu.
2. Tap on the icon next to your Fitbit device.
3. Press Forget this device.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
