Text messages not showing on Fitbit alta

Updated iPhone and now no longer able to receive text messages on Fitbit. I get phone calls but no messages. I have tried everything, removing device, deleting app, and synching it all  again, restoring the settings to show allowing messages. Nothing works! Help please!

@Candicemarie96 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

I would like you to confirm you've tried the tips mentioned in this post. Are you not receiving WhatsApp messages or text messages?
